The NEC presents a humorous and engaging musical performance that appeals to a broad audience demographic. The core of this musical experience is the presentation of unexpected compositions, where humour, poetry and fantasy converge to challenge the conventional boundaries of music.
While traditional instruments are occasionally set aside in favour of unconventional items such as a vacuum cleaner, the movement of bodies is transformed into visual music, until the instrument itself appears to challenge its master. In a format suitable for all audiences, a variety of instruments, including the oboe, trumpet, trombone, french horn, piano and percussion, challenge the norms of the classical concert format to create an engaging, unconventional and exploratory experience for all.
A snack will be served at the end of the performance.
